I have 18 years’ experience in HR, I am level 7 CIPD qualified and my previous roles have ranged from standalone advisor to group HR leader in various fields. There’s not much in HR that I haven’t dealt with – I’m hard to shock! I’m passionate about people being the key to organisational success, and there’s nothing I love more than getting under the skin of organisations and working with you to solve your people dilemmas.
How I can help:
Compliance with legislation – I’ll get your employment contracts and policies fit for purpose and guide you through all you need to know as you recruit and onboard your new employees. I’ll provide solid advice and support to navigate through tricky employee relations scenarios such as disciplinary, grievance, appeal, TUPE, redundancy, mediation.
Taking a human centered approach – I can develop your engagement, wellbeing, mental health, and diversity strategies; and provide the softer HR skills, such as workplace mediation ( I am a qualified Workplace Mediator) to help you look after your people and in turn improve organisational success - no matter where you’re at in your journey as an employer. Beanstalk’s belief is that great culture and employee engagement need not be the preserve of large organisations with big budgets.
